We kindly ask our customers to read and understand the warranty terms and conditions outlined below before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with Nakamichi, you are agreeing to comply with these warranty guidelines.

Warranty Period

All Nakamichi products come with a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. In the event of a warranty claim, Nakamichi reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters. The warranty also does not cover consumable parts, such as batteries and light bulbs.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@nakamichi.com with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Detailed description of the issue
3. Photos or videos clearly demonstrating the problem

Our customer support team will review your claim and respond with further instructions within 2 business days. Please note that return shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. Nakamichi will cover shipping costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty provided by Nakamichi is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We do not assume responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Nakamichi's total liability for any claim under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
